This set works perfectly. Cabling works absolutely fine, but as the pictures show, they had a bad batch of rubber and the cable's exterior coating is flaking off. I suppose you could heatshrink or put electrical tape to cover it up. Or do nothing as we did and they worked just fine.<br>Ear and head pads are fine.<br>The cosmetic foam inside the earphones is deteriorating as old foam does. (see pics)<br>The mic's foam cover is starting to deteriorate, but typically people replace the foam bits pretty often. And with the germ stuff going around, you may not want to use the foam bits at all. Much easier to wipe down plastic than foam.<br>If you're familiar with the Portacom line, you know that the headsets were the weakest link as far as durability. And trying to repair them if they break is pretty much impossible. But they work so well, and their price point is so good it's hard to go with a different brand.<br>I'm selling several headsets in various condition. However everything I'm selling works absolutely as it should. A few scuffs/marks here and there from typical use but they function great. See the pics from all angles to view it's condition.
